Iron Mountain Fabrication, LLC was founded in 2020 by father and son team, Bob and Royce Schuening. The goal was simple - to provide fabricated metal products for all industries in the Northwest. IMF has grown rapidly since both Bob and Royce left their day jobs in 2023 to pursue the business full-time.
Since 2024, Iron Mountain Fab has grown to 6 full-time employees and has moved to a larger, crane-equipped facility in Prineville. With over 17,000 sq. ft. of shop space and 7.5 tons of overhead crane capacity, IMF has the ability to take on heavier and more complex steel projects.
Stay tuned for AISC certification in 2025! There is currently no AISC BU-certified steel fabrication shop in Central Oregon, but we hope to change that soon!
